Welcome to the house site .................................................................. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
a large brick fireplace in the living room and clay fireplace in the kitchen area .. Mexican brick floors, outside corridor/patio
with views of the mountains. The kitchen/dining area has large windows that view the gardens. The house has all needed furnishings,
appliances, lots of closet space in each room, bed linens, towels, kitchenware, beds, and a futon couch in the living room
for guests. Of the 2 bedrooms, one is smaller and located at the end of the kitchen, this seems to be a favorite, very cozy
and warm with an individual size bed, large armoire for hanging clothes and chest of drawers.. ...The main bedroom is larger
with a matrimonial size bed, lots of closet space,a skylight from upstairs adding more light into the room....in the cooler
months there's an electric blanket if needed and addtional blankets are plentiful.The futon couch in the living room opens
to a double bed with all the needed linens and blankets as well. One full bathroom is located downstairs with tub and shower.
The other,also a full bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower and is located at the top of the stairs accessible to the house
and rental..... The house is fully decorated with local crafts and fabrics, books and lots of other things to make you feel
at home while there. Includes TV,dvd,videocassette player with lots of tapes and dvd movies available, boombox and CDs, clock
radio in each bedroom and many other comforts ................... The rental is for the bottom of the house with the upstairs
bathroom and linen closet.. The upstairs bedroom is not available for use... There's a telephone for outgoing local calls
with phone card and incoming calls.
